1. How do I cancel my subscription or trial?
▪️ Open the Settings app on your device. ▪️ Tap your profile name at the top of the screen. ▪️ Go to Subscriptions. ▪️ Select the subscription you want to cancel. ▪️ Tap Cancel Subscription to confirm.
2. How can I change my payment plan?
▪️ Open the Settings app on your device. ▪️ Tap your name and select Subscriptions. ▪️ Choose the subscription you want to modify. ▪️ Tap View All Plans and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change.
3. How do I check my subscription details and renewal date?
After a purchase, an invoice is sent to the email linked to your Apple ID. If you don’t see it, contact the App Store directly. We can’t provide invoices as all subscriptions are managed through the App Store.
4. How can I get an invoice after my purchase?
Invoices are emailed to the address connected to your Apple ID automatically. If you didn’t receive it, you’ll need to reach out to the App Store for help.
5. Can I get a refund?
For refunds, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions. Refunds are handled exclusively by the App Store.
